LPMN-590: Project Management for Managers Report a Broken Link

This course is designed to provide an introduction to key concepts of project management for managers and to introduce the critical steps and tools in managing a project to completion. We explore what makes projects different from “business as usual” work, examine the tools and techniques of project management available both within your organization and in general, and develop an understanding of critical success factors and the importance of setting a project up for success.
