This course is for managers who want to tap into the power of strategic communication to increase productivity in the workplace. Recognizing that managers are routinely required to communicate in ways that help other people get work done in organizations, the course focuses on both the style and substance of strategic communication. The focus on style explores how managers’ own ways of communicating influence their effectiveness, while the focus on substance supports managers in building their capacity to communicate in ways that achieve desired outcomes.
