RAFM 646: Applied Hockey Franchise Management Report a Broken Link

RAFM 646: Applied Hockey Franchise Management is an applied course structured around a major group project that involves developing a franchise improvement plan in real time for an actual hockey franchise. The plan will be developed in stages, beginning with a series of analyses based on well-known strategic management tools. Each module will introduce new tools and learning resources to help you develop the analysis skills needed to develop your franchise improvement plan. You may have been exposed to some of these tools in previous courses and may even use them in your current job. In this course, they will be used comprehensively; the intent is for you to gain experience in putting a number of different pieces together to develop an overall direction and plan for your assigned franchise for the coming 12 months and beyond.
