MAIS 607: Leadership—and Insurrection (Rev. C1) Report a Broken Link

MAIS 607: Leadership—and Insurrection is designed for those who are curious about leadership and want to know more, but are wary (and perhaps weary) of the hype surrounding it. This course extracts the rational kernel of leadership from its mystical, ideological shell and gives equal consideration to insurrection—leadership’s dark, simmering underside. The course presents a choice between blindly following others (the furrow) and leading oneself (the ploughshare), and asks when and under what conditions is it legitimate to challenge the authority of our leaders.
