OPMT 505: Operations Management
Operations is an exciting, challenging, and important topic. It encompasses most of what people do in an organization, how they do it, and the value it produces. The effective and efficient management of these operations is critical to organizational success. Managers must understand the complex interrelationships between suppliers and producers, employees and managers, and people and technology. Your business education would be woefully incomplete without operations management.
