LTDV-570: Team Development Report a Broken Link

This course explores what a team is, how it can be structured, and what should be considered when building a team. Learners develop an understanding of the management and leadership skills involved in team work, including team communication, co-operation, and collaborative working. The course also looks at issues related to productivity, commitment, and conflict and concludes with a reflective exercise examining each learner's current level of team skills and considering how they can work to develop their own team skills.
