RHMA 691: The Human Side of Mergers and Acquisitions Report a Broken Link

This in-residence elective will focus on the human aspect of mergers and acquisitions, trying to help organizations anticipate and handle the pain and realize the gain of mergers. Our proposition is that there are important lessons to be learned from some recent mergers which leaders need to consider and which, if applied, can lead to a more successful merger on both human and financial scales.
