LCCL-569: Cross-Cultural Leadership for Global Advantage Report a Broken Link

As Canadian workplaces become ever more diverse and the forces of globalization draw more and more leaders, managers, and working professionals into business in other countries, the need for intercultural competence grows. LCCL 569: Cross-Cultural Leadership for Global Advantage is designed to enhance the intercultural competence of leaders, managers, and working professionals by providing opportunities to 1) build a working knowledge of how culture affects what goes on in the workplace, 2) explore the current state of one’s intercultural competence, and 3) apply one’s working knowledge to course discussions, exercises, and assignments.
