LDMF 595: Decision Making Using Financial Information is a four-week course designed to enhance the financial business skills of leaders, managers, and working professionals. This course deals with financial management and the use of financial information for decision making. This course covers topics including financial statements and their elements, tools for financial statement analysis, calculation of interest, accounting for inventory, cost characteristics, contribution margin, cost/volume/product relationships, and break-even analysis. The course will also cover the conversion of measures from imperial to metric measurements.
